No matching records found - empty table message#139

At certain times, tables may not contain data. For example you provide a filtered view for each user. It’s possible for a user to navigate to a table that does not contain data for their account. It would be nice to hvae control over the message that is displayed to that user. Currently, globally, the message is “No matching records found”. In my case I would like to alter the text for this table to display a custom message in the context of the table/page the user is on.
