Clear Filter Button should ALSO clear the Search Bar content#153

Situation: A user has made selections in the filter boxes, and aditionaly has entered something in the search bar.
If now CLEAR FILTER BUTTON is pressed, the filters are reset.
BUT still there is the search text in the SEARCH BAR left.
If the combinations are bad, there will be still no filter/search results after pressing clear filter. People sometimes just dont see, that CLEAR FILTERS does not clear SEARCH BAR.

I agree fully on this one, little things like this can have so much positive impact on usability.

I also agree. It’s easy to miss the search box when clearing the filters. From a usability standpoint, it makes sense to also clear it when clearing the filters, otherwise you have to perform the action twice, once to clear the columns using the clear filter, then a second to manually remove the text from the search box.

I agree too. I really hoped this (simple) function was implemented by now,, since the original request was a year ago.
