Create an option to limit number of words or characters in text fields such as notes.#355

Add an option to limit the number of characters or words that show in a text field to control the height of a row when wrapping is enabled. As is, if notes are entered into a field in a narrow column it can make each row taller than screen height. This feature would function in a way similar to creating an excerpt with a read more button for a long wordpress post.
