Adding ability to make an internal link without using full domain of the website as is the case in WordPress itself. E.g. Instead of using ‘https://websitename/category/post' we could additionally use just : ‘/category/post’ . This is most useful if you have a lot internal links and any domain change would save you from big headaches.
