User can only see posts at group level instead of user level#393

Hello! I’d like to use this tool for an application that I’m building, but there’s one issue. I see that I’m able to restrict what the user can see based on their USERID matching up with a column that contains USER IDs. Problem is, I need this at a level higher. I need a GROUP of users that can see the rows. We’re dealing with doctors in a practice, and the whole practice needs to be able to edit each other’s entries. Is this possible? Or a feature that could be implemented?

Commenting here as an another user, I think this is in the “planned” section of the roadmap currently, there has been several similar suggestions.
I agree, this would be a very important feature to have, being able to have more control who can edit the rows for example. And the best way for this would definitely have groups involved.
