Option to duplicate pagination on top of table#396

Right now pagination for tables only appear at the bottom of the table…You always have to scroll down to the bottom of the table to change the page. It would be great if there was an option to also add top pagination.

But this is not an acceptable approach if the changes would be lost when the plugin is updated. It would be great if in the meantime there was a filter to use for this instead– at least until the option becomes a native setting in the plugin.
