How to set a number similar to 10 ²#490

Thank you for this great plugin, which has freed me from the tedious task of setting up tables. However, I am now facing a problem—I don’t know how to set the exponent for numbers. For example, in the plugin, 10³ cannot be properly represented, and I have to write it as 10^3. Perhaps I am not yet proficient in using this table plugin, but that’s how it is at the moment.
