A good tool is useless if the support doesn’t work. I’ve been waiting for months for a response to my submitted tickets.

It’s a shame, but I can’t recommend the tool because I don’t receive any support.

Therefore, I recommend strengthening and improving the support.

We sincerely apologize for this situation. We’ve had some issues with our ticketing platform, causing many tickets to be incorrectly marked as answered. We’re actively working on resolving this and improving our process to prevent it from happening again.
